How to receive technical support

Technical support is free of charge for one year from the purchase date, ruled by the EULA attached to our software. You can receive support after the first year after subscribing the contract that meets better your needs.

  • In which way I will receive technical support?

    Technical support is provided online via helpdesk, e-mail, remote desktop or also by phone. You can contact us from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 (CET). Technical support related to the purchased products is free of charge for one year from date of purchase. In order to receive technical support and upgrades in the years after the first, you can sign a technical support contract.

  • Will I be able to receive program updates after purchase?

    All the software updates will be sent to you free of charge when available and for one year from date of purchase. In order to take advantage of the updates in the years after the first you can subscribe to a technical support contract or purchase updates separately.

  • Do I need to buy multiple licenses for multiple computers?

    If the software must be installed and used on multiple machines at the same time you need to buy a license for each. Discounts are available for licensing.
