Payments
You can pay with any credit card supported by our online transaction manager, or with PayPal or, if you prefer, also by bank transfer. In the latter case, orders will be processed only after receiving the transfer (usually between 2 and 3 days). If you want to speed up the activation of the purchased products or services, we suggest you to use PayPal or credit card.
No payment is expected, because our products are delivered digitally, via download.
The rule implies the suspension of the service in case of unpaid invoices, subject to payment requests from us. However, we always try to understand the situation of our customers and our sales department is always available, should specific situations need to be discussed.
Of course, there are several ways: by signing an annual or biennial plan, paying the invoice in full, buying more licenses, buying our packages of integrated products and services or talking about us on social media. However, our sales department will certainly be able to tell you more.

Once the purchase order has been completed and paid, a copy in PDF format will be sent to your e-mail address, which will include the fiscal data’s you indicated when placing the order. At the same time, if you are an Italian customer, we will send an electronic invoice via the Exchange System.
We really hope not, but if it does happen, our technical and sales departments will do everything to understand what has happened and how to fix it. If you continue not to be satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a refund, where possible, for the service you did not use.
Subscriptions
Some of our products and services can be purchased through the subscription of annual plans with a personalised billing method. Subscribing to one of our products or services equals to a complete plan that allows you to receive software updates and technical assistance without other additional
costs and without unnecessary hassles.
You will receive a notification by e-mail to remind you that the subscription is about to expire and you can renew it using the payment methods provided, without incurring the suspension of the service.
The service will be interrupted, but will be reactivated as soon as you renew the subscription with the aforementioned purchase methods.
Yes, only for subscriptions for a minimum duration of 12 months. Signing the contract is very simple and fast and just have to follow our online procedure.
